Come and visit a county where Abraham Lincoln's legacy, and the heyday of Route 66 live on. Logan County is awash with historic locations, such as Postville Courthouse and the Mt. Pulaski Courthouse, where Abraham Lincoln practiced law on the 8th Judicial Circuit. If you’re more interested in Route 66, Logan County has that too! Over 30 miles of Route 66 stretches through the county, from Atlanta, IL, to Elkhart, IL. Each town on the Route has interesting attractions just waiting for you. We also have many festivals and events for all ages, throughout the whole year.
