Our museums bring the past alive. At Drake Well Park and Museum you will learn the story of the discovery of oil and the first commercial well. The Venango Museum of Art, Science and Industry continue the saga of oil's impact on our daily lives. Listen to the sounds of the past at DeBence Antique Music World. In the mood for something slightly racier, Tyred Wheels Museum has just the antique car for you as well as airplanes and miniatures.
Take a ride through the Valley that changed the world on the Oil Creek and Titusville Railroad. This vintage train with a narrated tour takes you through Oil Creek State Park, mail a postcard from the only operating Railway Post Office car in the country.
Tri-City Speedway has 5 Division Racing Weekly; DIRT Modifieds, FASTRAK Late Models, 358/602 Crate Pro Stocks, E-Mods, and a rotating 5th class. Racing every Sunday April thru September.
Outdoor fun can be yours here in the Oil Heritage Region; come and enjoy the beauty of our over sixty miles of asphalt paved bicycle trails for hiking or biking. Enjoy fishing or boating; try the Allegheny River, Justus Lake, Kahle Lake, Oil Creek or French Creek for some of the most challenging and enjoyable fishing in the area.
